Uber asking for extra toll charges.

I had a bitter experience with Uber lately. I booked a cab to airport from Bangalore city. Upon reaching destination driver asked me extra Rs 115 as toll charge while the taxi never stopped at any toll gate. Since I was in a hurry I paid him. Later I complained about this to Uber. Within minutes they addressed my complaint. Kudos to Uber.

Thanks for letting us know about this. Uber is intended to be a cashless experience, and I can imagine this situation was frustrating.

Since tolls are automatically charged in our system, I've gone ahead and refunded the amount of the toll back to your account. You should see the change on your statement in 1-3 business days.
